1. Up the line is more of an Acol term not 2/1 if that's what GIBs playing.
2. Aim for the Major suit fit first. When you bid 1N opener corrects to 2♣
3. You need to bid 1N not 2♥
4. 2♣ is below 2♥

1,2) Some people like to bid 1NT with a balanced hand over 1♣ - 1♥ even holding 4 spades; others (including GIB) prefer an up-the-line 1♠. But with an unbalanced hand like this you have no choice but 1♠, whether robot or human.. 2♣ would strictly deny a spade suit.
3) 1NT seems better to me - you really want 6 to rebid your suit (5 will do over a 1NT response, since then you know you have 7 between you).
4) If you meant 3♣, that requires taking a whole extra trick and you might be void in clubs.. no reason to believe 2♥ isn't the best place to play.

3. No. you have a sound 1NT bid, 2♥ should be a weak one suiter with almost always a 6 card.
4. That'd be illegal. I've never seen a bot make an illegal bid no matter how useful it would be, only humans try this IRL, take this into account.
