My partner and I are intermediate players and recently joined BBO.
We are trying to play in NS against robots.
I bought BB$
I opened a table in Casual Play set EAST and West as Robots , I sat South and my friend sat North.
And NOTHING Happens. The game does not start, there is no bidding box.
What should we do to start a game????
Also I cannot chat with my partner, is this normal.
I tried to find answers in the Help without success.
Can you please help?

That should be all you need to do. As soon as there are players or robots in all four seats, cards should be dealt.

Was this yesterday when you were trying to play with Henri250? There were lots of log messages at the time about the system being out of slots, I think that may have prevented the robots from being seated properly. Try again outside the most busy times of the day.
