BBO displays wrong contract

Is anyone else having this problem? I cannot get BBO to reply to my emails. The box that shows the contract very often shows me the wrong suit -- the level is always correct, and the hand playing is always correct. And it never happens with no trump hands. It only happens when I am playing in a tournament or online with other players, not when I "just play bridge" hands. I am on a pc running Windows 10, playing in a Chrome browser on BBO version 3.

It sounds like there's a problem with your font, it has the wrong characters for the suit symbols. I'm not sure how to fix it, though.
