Tournament Completion Rate does not update

Hi. I haven't played here in a few years. Now my tournament completion rate is stuck at 70%, and no matter how many tournaments I complete it does not change. What could be causing this?
(no idea how it got to 70% in the first place, as I believe I always finish what I start)

You have to play 10 tourneys within the past 60 days in order to get your TCR updated. You've only played 5 tourneys this week.

I can't explain how it got to be 70% in the first place. We purge old records from the database table used for this.
