Just like #2, we don't lead our partner's suit because it's posted as a problem? I think there's a stronger case for leading the DQ here than there is for the HJ on the other hand, but I'd still go with a spade.

1. ♦Q = Attacking. Other side seem to have lots of power, so you might need to develop tricks quickly.
2. ♥ = Safe. Protectng partner's ♠s.
3. ♣ = Safe. but no entry to give partner a ruff..
4. ♠ = Declarer's weakness? You might get a ruff.

This is similar to Swiss Teams lead #2 inasmuch you're only likely to be on lead once so you have to make the lead count.

Once again a ♠ doesn't incur the wrath of partner, but ♦Q gets you a chaser in the bar.

I'm leading the appropriate ♠ for my holding. As Fred Will said, "If my partner bids a suit, I lead partner's suit unless there's a darn good reason not to."

But, of course, I hate leading Q from QJxx because it seems like most times I do dummy ends up A10x or K10x and declarer has the other high honor. So the lead gives away a trick.

8. spade Safe (partner has given away all the spade suit information already). Might even get us a ruff if p is not too afraid to continue the suit when they hold AQJ and Kxx hits the table.
4. DIA Q no where near as safe but it may start us on the right track defensively

1. club surely p does not have a void talk about giving away the show in a suit for zero practical reasons (actually 1 is kind of a high rating).

I went for the boring spade - I was ruffing the 3rd round after all. That gave the tempo. You need to establish diamonds before declarer knocks out p's ace of spades.
