Depending on agreements and style, I rank
1. 3 = PRE.
2. 2N = ART. Sound 4-card raise..
3. 2 = LIM.
4. 2 = ART. Good raise but usually 3-card,
5. 4 = PRE.

Depends on agreements. It is common to play 3 here (jump cue of an opponents suit below three of our suit) as a mixed raise, which is a perfect description of my hand. So I will do that! Without this agreement, some people play 3 mixed at vulnerable (I tend to prefer that over 3 trash at vulnerable) so I would do that. With no way to specifically show a mixed raise I will bid 2.

If we do not play mixed raise, I would definitely not bid 3 preemptive. This hand looks like more of a limit raise than it looks like a preempt.
