It's only effective if you can avoid going overboard, punishing partner for enterprise e.g. in this kind of context, you should usually forget about slams and settle for game -- often the right decision, anyway -- slams on minimal values, as in this deal, are exceptional, requiring a perfect fit, with no wastage.
