If South has a less and an extra black card, (as in this diagram) then I think Molyb has a
Non-material triple and fratricide squeeze
North to lead and make 6/7 at notrump

Simplified version. South leads A to make 4/5 at notrump.

Agreed. N to lead gives up a and then takes the last 6.

A. If E throws a Major, play on that suit. If E throw her , duck a to W and W's club return squeezes E in the Majors.

You're right, this was an oversight on my part. I changed the 4 to the 4.

A pitching a spade (unless east pitches a spade), east has to pitch 9 because a spade will allow a spade to be established and a heart gives all of the remaining tricks away. Now a club is ducked (east pitching a spade) and the forced club return squeezes east in the majors.

You can also squeeze East in the majors by cashing A pitching a heart, and then playing a to the Ace. East has to pitch a spade to prevent you making 3 heart tricks, and now you can duck a spade to set up a second spade winner.
