Where is the "settings" box on the web BBO?

Right-click anywhere and the menu should include "Settings" and "Global Settings".

Problem solved by accident for me.

While making one more attempt, and listening to nothing but choppy noise, I disconnected "Yahoo messenger" which was running at the time only to monitor for incoming Yahoo mail and friends online, but was not being used to IM anyone.

Instantly, the voices cleared up.
