The description of 2N gets cut off here, but during play it included "17 HCP; 18- total points". Here, bidding 3N says the same "17 HCP; 18- total points":
Why does the 3N bid show a doubleton club?

I'm not sure what's going on in the first case, but I think the second one may be a typo in the rule. George, can you check rule 12028?

1) It's incorrect meaning indeed. Seems like a hole. While the other sequence 1N-2-2-2-2N is normal denial of interest. it will be corrected.

2) It's flaw in the explanation. it will be fixed.
