This hand came to me as i was sitting South. MP.

-Lead was A and another , RHO followed (played 4 and 7 std count and att)

-Cashed A and RHO dropped Q.

How would you continue ? ( At some point if you play from hand, RHO has the Ace and overcaller has the Q, i guessed it correctly at the table but i dont want u guys to waste time with misguess)

LHO is 5242, so I'm pulling trumps pitching down to KJ J7x - K10 in dummy. Lead a spade to the jack, and on the heart return, play A of hearts heart. This will succeed as long as LHO started with Q8 Q9 K8 K9 or KQ. That 6 of hearts is a pretty card.

Yes, wd. It was fun endplay.

I played after A, and inserted J, RHO took and played a . Ruffed it high, cross to dummy with 8 for fun and ruffed a small , cleared trumps ending down to K K and J7 , played A of and another , leaving two black Kings in dummy...basically same thing.

I found the movie and I think this is an amazing hand. The A is very counterintuitive. I normally don't like 'brag' hands but this is an exception. Wd timo.

He mustve held Q8 Q9 K8 K9 or KQ, he can be a hero and tuck his honor under your ace for down one if he started with K4 K5 Q4 Q5. What did he have?

Lefty had

Qxxxx
K8
xxxx
Ax

But regardless of his spot he has to unblock the honor, or dummy waiting him with 2 good black cowboys B-)

What brag hand? It's just a good problem.
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.
