GIB game
1-2-p-2
p-3

2 description includes "11-18 total points".
2 description includes "9+ total points".
3 description is "5+D; 3+H; 15 total points".

Exactly 15? With 16-18 I should bid 4H and with 11-14 I should pass?

Please ask about the GIB convention card in the GIB forum. I'm not sure whether the indi SAYC stuff has anything to do with FD but the GIB stuff certainly doesn't.

The BBO-provided description of this forum is:
Place to make suggestions, comments, and help with the development of standardized "full disclosure" versions of common bidding systems.
Are you saying that "common bidding systems" don't include SAYC and/or GIB 2/1? It appears to me that reports of misbids by GIB belong in the GIB forum but that oddities in the scripts belong here. If the forum managers would prefer something different, I will certainly file things where they specify.

I'm saying that GIB 2/1 is not available as a Full Disclosure convention card. There is a SAYC Full Disclosure card but I don't know whether it is identical to what is used in the Express Fun tournaments (nevertheless I would recommend the "BBO Tournaments Discussion" forum).
