Alright I passed, guess I suck :P

Remember the phrase "took a position." Always sounds better than "I suck." You can blame your call on some unprovable aspect like an errant table feel. If your partner seems about to not buy the "errant table feel" argument, you preempt him with outrage at the obvious coffee housing.
"Gibberish in, gibberish out. A trial judge, three sets of lawyers, and now three appellate judges cannot agree on what this law means. And we ask police officers, prosecutors, defense lawyers, and citizens to enforce or abide by it? The legislature continues to write unreadable statutes. Gibberish should not be enforced as law."

Come to think of it, isn't 10xxx actually superior to Qxx?

Partner had A Kxx 9xxx JT9xx and did not reopen. LHO had Jx of spades and KJT8x of diamonds so a low diamond lead beats 3N, else it makes.
