3cents about sports. Now we know, the FIFA is more corrupt than IOC after all. Tour de France is definitively dead, the only question it remains, is how many raids of police will took place and who will be arrested this year. And Olympic Spirit? Nowhere. The anty-aircraft missiles on the London roofs seems to be the main story this time.

Can't you smell that smell?
Ooh, that smell
The smell of death surrounds you
When a deaf person goes to court is it still called a hearing?

This one has a side point. It probably doesn't matter much in a tournament that long, but the phrase that piqued my interest was the one to the effect that his previous opps were given forfeit wins. There needs to be a better procedure for this. I had this happen to me in a chess tournament in the 80s where I finished second in a 5 or 6 round tournament only dropping half a point without playing the guy who got full marks. The reason was that his first round opponent in an "under whatever grade" section was a very strong foreign player who shouldn't have been in the event, but only got recognised and thrown out during the last round. The winner's first round loss was changed to a win, and he beat easier opps for the rest of the afternoon to get the full score.

Not as much of a problem in bridge as how big a win is important so awarding 12-8, 13-7 or just factoring your score up is not too bad, it's not just win/lose/draw.

Not tried it, have doped with Diebels Alt and can confirm it's definitely good for recreational use rather than performance. Can give you a problem scoring with the birdies :)
