Crazy bidding by robot!!

I had 19 HCP and 5 4 3 1 distribution. Not bid 2 diamonds. I bid
3NT. Bot had 2 points!!!! and 4 diamonds to the 10 (diamonds was my 1 card suit). Needless to say (and as usual, opposition had 5 diamonds headed by the AK, swallowed my singleton Q, his partner had the J. I find this stupid bidding and distribution in every hand! 3Nt is always stupidly loaded with the opposition having a suit to take 5 tricks off the top!
What’s the point BBO??
