What are your agreements about Double, 2NT and 3H here ?

Partner's double was takeout promising 4 card spades (or a hand too strong to overcall directly in another denomination).
Make the opponents' suit diamonds and this would be a Responsive double promising majors 4-4.

In this situation especially you need _reverse_ lebensohl. In a standard lebensohl, you get (1) - X - (2) - 2NT - (4) - ???

Doubler badly needs to know advancer's long suit.
