It seems you previously had a Prime subscription through the mobile app. Recently, we have discontinued these subscriptions and introduced a new subscription called BBO+, which offers the same benefits as Prime, plus a few additional features.

Please note that BBO+ can only be managed via the BBO web application. Once you subscribe on our website, the benefits will automatically apply in the mobile app (similar to how platforms like Netflix or Spotify handle subscriptions).

To answer your question, if you'd like to subscribe to BBO+, you can do so using the following link, which will take you to BBO’s web payment page:

Once you've completed the subscription process, you’ll be able to enjoy all the benefits in the app as usual.

I am getting the BBO+ advert every time I log onto BBO. I do not want to keep getting this advert because I am not interested in playing on the BBO+. How can I get rid of it?

You can't. The features that disable advertising only apply to outside ads that are displayed permanently, not our own blast marketing at login time.
