Help
i Play in many bbo and acbl tournaments but I dont have the alert nor explanation line. How do i get them on my screen. Making the screen larger by moving it down only makes the screen bigger..tks

What are you saying is alert about the bidding ? In this case you have to click on your last bid to open a space for the explanation ( i.e. 1NT strong 15-17) for opponents but in chat to table for partner. You can also see my topic "Alert" in "Suggestion for the software" putting there my nickname(=Lovera) in search box.

The explanation line is in the popup where you select your bids. Below the bids is an Alert button and to the right of that is the explanation line.
If you've already submitted the bid, you can click on it and an Explain box will pop up.
