Who isn’t? But the next step might prove to be more difficult: get the online bridge software makers to follow these. There’s more than just BBO out there, like Stepbridge (Dutch union and very popular in the days of covid), funbridge, 247bridge etc, and I’m not so sure that these will follow the new laws.

It is about to becoming the standard in Norway, and as far as I have seen follows WBF laws to the letter (and intentions) as much as possible?

The sooner, the better and the more widely agreed the laws are, the more likely it is that platforms will follow them and line up to be certified.
If it's a belated and half hearted committee job that nobody really understands then of course the platforms will just do their own thing. So far they have been responsible and in some cases even thoughtfully propositive (from the self alerts of BBO to the trick 1 delays of Realbridge).
