Loss of suit symbols

While starting a game I sometimes get my hand shown with the card values but the suits are not displayed.
Is anyone else having this problem and what is the solution?
I am using the FireFox browser if that makes a difference.

It is sporadic.
I use the card pictures and it works fine and then the suit symbols disappear on the next hand.

There are 3 settings: for the play, for the kibitzing and for the history.

I use Chrome, I recall this happening to me once. I 'backed' out then went back to the hand and the symbols returned.
