I've just joined BBO and the BBO Forums, and I'm already having a blast. I'm also new to bridge. I play with a casual foursome, and we all think it would be great to be able to just have a rubber bridge score showing, rather than the duplicate bridge variants. I read somewhere on the site that an older version had this. Please bring it back.

Just play the hands you are given, but rubber bridge style. You can just keep score yourselves rather than refer to score BBO shows. You don’t, of course, have to adhere to the vulnerability given, but you might as well if you play Chicago rather than straight rubber.

When you start the table choose the Total Points method for Scoring (instead of Imps or MP). That will give you rubber bridge scoring - per hand, but without the rubbers. Close enough though.
