Curtailing Tourney

I recently tried to run a 9 round Howell with 6 tables.
Unfortunately there was a syntax error at set-up.
(I missed the trailing + on rounds9)
Didn't realise until half way through.
Then although I edited the description and modified tourney, there was no change.
Is there some way I could have curtailed the event?
I considered 'Cancel Tournament' as Rd 10 started.
But would that lose all the results to date?

You could adjust every board from round 10 on to A== (or A++).

Quite tedious, but would keep results and relative positions..
