Not sure what browser/program you are using to write this, but it is filled with superfluous size/colour indications that make it difficult to quote specific points.

An overbid for TDing I would suggest, at least now that one can use robots instead of human subs; certainly not on my top gripes list as a TD.

I have occasionally had voice work and with good quality digital sound too. There may be an issue with Chrome (according to some) and there is certainly a problem that vugraph does not advise when there is no voice available, which does not help clarify the situation.

Aren't FD convention cards unsupported and deprecated by BBO now? If so it makes sense that they no longer work.
As a recent TD using V3, I have never seen my players convention cards and I was told by BBO that I could not impose the use of one.
Could a TD see the convention card(s) in use under Flash client?

If this is the bug where "We" actually means "They" then I agree, this is appalling and should be easy to fix.
Now that Director calls finally have a sound in V3 and that robot subs can be inserted manually, my top gripes as a TD are:
1. that robot insertion is still not automatic
2. that I have no access to tournaments I have directed
3. that I cannot assign a penalty
4. that I only have 20 minutes to correct scores
5. that I am often unable to view traveller during that time
6. that score correction is unnecessarily error prone
7. that I have no way to poll players
