The message, people account bar has moved to the side of my ipad instead of the bottom. How do I move it. Thanks

Its a bug with BBO relating to ios13 - you're seeing the desktop version, not the mobile version. Nothing you can do about it.

Make sure you don’t have split screen checked in settings under your account tab. This should resolve your issue.
