Teaching Table Using the Voice option

As a teacher occupying a seat at a Table with three students, how can I use the Voice function so that all four of us can communicate verbally? If there are four students at the Table how can I use the Voice option so that the 5 of us can communicate verbally?

It's simple. Teacher should start voice, add himself as speaker and allow speak requests. Other players and kibs get option to request to speak and teacher approves them. Then they can all speak, but it can get messy if too many speak over each other.
