Error: Brand New Users May Not Create Team Match

I recently signed up to BBO and have more than 100 logins but I am still not able to create a team match. Error message is “ Error: Brand New Users May Not Create Team Match”. When does the system let me create team matches?

When you have been on BBO for two weeks and have 100+ logins.
