Absent TD May be Called Away

I have agreed to do some local deliveries and I'm wondering if a Tournament I create can run without me. I may be called away in the middle of a Tournament. Or I may be out somewhere and can't get back in time for the Tournament start. Will a Tournament run without the person who created it being online? I plan to specify a co-TD to take over in my absence.

As long as there is a working TD, it does not have to be the same person who created the tournament.
Please be sure the coTD is willing, and their name is specified correctly.
