Dear Bridge Base Online Technical Support Team
Currently we are experiencing errors in BBO challenges. Finished challenges, both individual and group challenges, are not marked completed (as denoted by green colour) and in group challenges, they remain incomplete despite the fact that all players have finished playing. As a result, many challenges are left in the panel and no more challenges can be created (as one player is only entitled to host one challenge to one bbo account and one group challenge).
I understand that the current pandemic can lead to a large number of online players at a time and the server may have trouble handling them. However, I would like to report this issue as the technical team may not recognize this problem that it exists. I hope this issue will be investigated and solved.

The system that processes completed deals had an enormous backlog due to the increased load. We think we've improved the processing now.
