This strikes me as more of a double dummy problem, but maybe not too hard for a single dummy solution.

Win ♥K
Play ♦Q and then ♦J from hand. East must duck both or you play 2 rounds of clubs with late diamond entry to cash the rest of the clubs.
Lead a club to dummy and East must duck or you have a club entry to run clubs
Finesse the ♦10. If East covers, win ace and return to dummy to lead a spade, or if East ducks, lead a spade.
Play ♥A, and then ♥2 and the opponents will have to eventually lead spades to set up a 2nd spade trick (or lead a club, and play 2 rounds of hearts after a heart switch)

You can make 4 diamonds, 1 club, 2 hearts, and 2 spades.

Of course it can't be made on best defence, a spade to the ace and a small club switch or a club lead ducked prevent this, you need the wrong lead to give you a chance

Maybe not the double dummy lead, but I would seriously consider filing a recorder form if somebody led a spade from a broken suit headed by the jack rather than from a solid heart sequence.

That's just a silly overstatement. What heart holding is declarer bidding 3NT with here? AQX(X)? AKX(X)? KQXX? Those are your choices. That's it. Realistically, you're only finessing partner here.

You've actually got too many good spots in your solid run of hearts to believe that this is cashing for any meaningful number of tricks.

If you can free partner of their spade honour early. You can save them from squeezing themselves out of confusion.

You have a totally blind lead in the majors since you are not leading in a double dummy problem. In theory, either one or both could be correct. That being said, a spade lead could give declarer an unexpected trick with the 10, or compromise the defensive position in spades. Your comment about having too many good spots in hearts is just silly. That is equivalent to saying you are leading spades because the spots are weaker and therefore you have a greater chance of making tricks than in hearts???
