I don't know whether he psyched or just bad break, I passed at table. I'm not sure if double here is penalty to show initial trap pass. What do you think?

NO, it's still take-out. So I'm afraid you're passing again. Partner is likely to be short in hearts, and didn't reopen, so he has very little. Take the sure plus

Pass. Sometimes you are fixed; stay fixed then. Double is for take-out. An off-shape 1NT overcall would have been an option on your first turn.

Double is for take out, but if partner has void he might guess what is going on, of course if he doesn't you are in trouble

Double is for takeout, promising 4 spade and 4 cards in
another minor. If you would have hold 4 spades and 4-4 in
both minors, you would have doubled the round before.
