Something is not displaying in the BBO stroe movie

When I tried to watch BBO store movies (like Fred's Introduction to 2/1), something (my best guess is bridge hand diagrams) is not displaying, and sometimes I got error message says internal error. I use internet explorer. Foxfire is even worse, it doesn't even show bidding diagrams.

Any ideas?

Bridge movies use Flash, just like the web version of BBO. But browsers have been getting more restrictive about when they enable Flash. Most browsers will display a message saying that you need to get flash. Click on that link and then the browser should display a popup notification asking if you want to allow Flash on that site, and you should say yes. Then the movie should show up.

We made the message a little clearer a few months ago in the BBO application, but we haven't yet done similarly for bridge movies.
