Can't sign in to BBO.

I'm using Ubuntu Linux (which forces an old version of Flash that BBO's main page won't accept).

Someone on this forum directed me to the mobile app, which worked for a while, but now gives the message "Can't load critical file."

Please fix.

Please try the tech preview of BBO, it will replace that mobile page you were using. Don't bookmark the client URL because the URL will keep changing.

Still doesn't work. "Cannot load critical file."

Are you sure you got that error with the new preview? That error message should only come from the Flash version.

Yes, I'm sure. If there were a way to do it I'd upload screenshots.

Upload the screenshot to a public image sharing site like snag.gy or imgur.com, then put the link here. Or send the screenshot to support@bridgebase.com.

I discovered today that you get that error from the HTML5 version if you try to load it with an "https:" URL instead of "http:". The link on the home page should work, though.
