Don't get me wrong. I can often be a petty and vindictive SOB. There are a few players out there who I would love to publicly embarrass.
However, I hope that I would be able to recognize that proceeding as the Spanish team did could very easily backfire.
Here's what I would do if I were seriously concerned about B+L's opening style in 3rd seat
1. I would privately say something to the TDs and ask that they pay attention to this throughout the duration of the remainder of the event
2. At the close of the tournament, I would try to kick off a general discussion of opening styles in 3rd seat and see whether "just playing bridge" is consistent with the definition of a HUM
