I think Cyberyeti's point is that there's lots of overlap in the US in the US. You'd normally expect oligarchs in a democracy to be intelligent, as that's usually a prerequisite to become really successful (even super-villians are usually geniuses). But Trump defies that expectation. He has strong people skills, making him a successful charlatan, and he used this to parlay family money into a successful career in real estate and now politics. And he's surrounded himself with other *****s who are basically riding his coattails.

I'm thinking of people like Kennedy, Hegseth, Noem and Bondi

I'm guessing the only acceptable form of government for da possum is anarchy.

I believe in self rule and respect for human rights
Some anarchists just want trouble
To my understanding of Greek I am an autocrat

If Democrats manage to take the House and Senate in the midterms, is it possible that enough Republicans are fed up with Trump to convict and remove him in the Senate after the House impeaches him?

Well it depends on how many MAGA senators are planning to retire after their current term expires. And even then, most will be too scared of threats and physical violence from very angry MAGAts to vote to convict.

Never going to happen and the rest of the world has to put up with the manipulation and control over their whole lives. Most of us do not even have a vote

He can **** up the whole world any time he pleases to impress the ignorant MAGA

I did not know ex FBI chief Mueller but are there not even any Federal niceties anymore for ex servants

No more gold watches and polite eulogies

Is POTUS still expecting the peace prize..it is meaningless based on prior recipients so maybe this globally destructive adventure could clinch it

Mueller became director of the FBI a week before the 9/11/2001 attack on the US. A registered Republican and decorated Marine Corps officer, Mueller was appointed director by then President Bush who assigned him the task of correcting the deficiencies in the FBI that had resulted in overlooking intelligence the FBI had gained about preparations for the 9/11 attack. By all accounts, Mueller did an excellent job, eventually resulting in his 10-year term as director being extended by two years--the only time that has happened--while Obama, a Democrat, was President.

Folks of all political persuasions recognized Mueller as an impeccably honest and non-partisan lawyer, and he left the FBI with a much-improved organization and high morale. That's why he was later appointed by Trump's Justice Department to the very sensitive position of Special Counsel in charge of investigating interference by Russia in the 2016 election of President Trump.

And, no doubt, those very traits earned him the eternal hatred of the perpetually childish Donald Trump.
The growth of wisdom may be gauged exactly by the diminution of ill temper. — Friedrich Nietzsche
The infliction of cruelty with a good conscience is a delight to moralists — that is why they invented hell. — Bertrand Russell

The U.S. is turning rapidly into a cadre of Christian Nationalists intent on re-recreating the hierarchy of their religion where one god sits on top who can't be challenged or questioned.
