This system looks interestng (and at least we can, for a few minutes, discuss something Ukrainian but less depressing than the Russian invasion)
https://www.bridgefiles.net/%D0%B2/
Not sure I get the references to suits being shown "via texas". Texas Transfers involve bidding the suit below the one you have to I'm guessing that's what you do here - all the way around (bid spades to show clubs?).
Has anyone used or faced this system or seen it in action? Are there any records of hands played with this system? The write-up is terse and has no examples - and appears to have been machine-translated.

I'm interpreting the openings to be:
P = (0-2, 7-9 or 16-18) and either 4333, 3+S3+H3+D2-C or (primary C and 0-2 cards in at least two suits)
1♣ = (0-2, 7-9 or 16-18) and either 3334, 3+S3+H2-D3+C or (primary D and 0-2 cards in at least two suits)
1♦ = (0-2, 7-9 or 16-18) and either 3343, 3+S2-H3+D3+C or (primary H and 0-2 cards in at least two suits)
1♥ = (0-2, 7-9 or 16-18) and either 3433, 2-S3+H3+D3+C or (primary S and 0-2 cards in at least two suits)
1♠ = 5-7 or 13-15
1N = (3-5, 10-12 or 18-20) and either 4333, 3+S3+H3+D2-C or (primary C and 0-2 cards in at least two suits)
2♣ = (3-5, 10-12 or 18-20) and either 3334, 3+S3+H2-D3+C or (primary D and 0-2 cards in at least two suits)
2♦ = (3-5, 10-12 or 18-20) and either 3343, 3+S2-H3+D3+C or (primary H and 0-2 cards in at least two suits)
2♥ = (3-5, 10-12 or 18-20) and either 3433, 2-S3+H3+D3+C or (primary S and 0-2 cards in at least two suits)
2♠ = 21+ unBAL or 23+ BAL
2N = 21-22 BAL
3♣+ = standard
Note that some of the intervals overlap.
And we need a definition of 'primary' to know which suit to "open" (if in range for a "suit opening") with (5521) or 6-6.

That's all "Texas" meant to most players here in Italy, at least until a few years ago. It was normal for them to explain a 2-level major transfer as "Texas" and then to remain extremely surprised if an opponent transferred at 4-level. When transfers to minors became mainstream, many referred to them as "Texas" too.
