I don't know what the interaction is between not making a negative double and later raising my second suit, but if that raise can be made on 3-card support, the description shouldn't say "4+".

Supposedly shouldn't be done with 3+, but what else North could do instead?

South's hand still could be 4423.

Would be addressed for review about what 2 should show. Then it might help North's bid to be more accurate.

3C or 3H look like reasonable alternatives?
