Hi, welcome to the forums.

Depends what version of BBO you are using.

On the web version (the one you reach via www.bridgebase.com > Play Bridge Now) click on Start a table, then click Start a Bidding Table.
On the older downloadable version it's in Other Bridge Activities > Partnership Bidding
On the mobile app, there is no option to start a bidding table, but your partner could open one if he's on a computer, and invite you to join.

I am using the gooood old client version. I would like to use (learn in more details) the partnership bidding feature.
Pressing on the "Help" button the links are broken.
Anybody could help with the right links (or with the help files itself)?

Does exist a forum topic about that?
Thanks

The help files are all online, not downloaded with the app. Try contacting support@bridgebase.com for help with your Help button.
