3♣(5-5)-3♦(agreeing suit for now)
3♥(cue)-3♠(cue)
4♣(cue)-4♥(kickback)
4♠(0/3)-4N (Q♦?)
5♥(yes and heart control I showed earlier is void or AK, no K♣)-5♠(bid 7 with the K or Q, I hold the other)
5N(not got that but got something extra)-6♣(I have K♣, bid 7 with the Q)
6♦(not got that either)-7N

You can place partner with xx, void, AKQxx, Axxxx and something extra which isn't either black Q, hence it must be a 6th diamond and you have 13 top tricks.
