I'm going to force you to bid 2, I know some might object. But it's MP and it's favorable.

So, now, rate the following:

P
XX
3
4
4

Also, he rates to not have a heart void when he leads the 3.

Partner has a good diamond fit or he is mad. He cannot introduce a one suiter at the 3. level which cannot be bid before, can he?

Do I want to play 3 X in a 5-2 fit with a good diamond fit aside? No.

So actually, I would just bid 5 - but this is not on your list.
Kind Regards

Roland

I don´t know why peoople want to bid KQxx on partner´s singleton, is it to slow him down and stop below game?

I would never bid 2 diamonds, but for me its pass or 4, I will base my decision on double´s explanation.
