I assume its similar to unusual vs unusual
3 would just be competitive
3 limit raise since we know they have hearts
3 are some form of game forcing bid in that suit

I would expect the same. So, 3 would be something like "3+S; 7-9 total points"? That looks to me like what North actually holds.

probably the fourth trump has something to do with the call also hedging it towards the limit raise vs raise in competition

3 is the call which match the hand properly.

will be fixed to be more accurate when picking the Limit raise after opps overcall.
