Your methods allow you to open this with 2♣, showing 10-15 points with 6+ clubs and specifically denying 4♥.

Would you open 2♣ or 5♣ (the only two sensible choices IMO)?

Would your choice be different depending on the form of scoring?

2♣. Opening 5♣ is a high variance action that I would only consider if my opponents so outclassed me that we had no other way to win other than creating random high level guesses - and even then I'd open 2♣.

Given your 2 choices 2♣. But knowing your system allows aggressive 1♣ upgrades I am surprised you do not consider this a possibility too.
