WHEN YOU CASH the last diamond, west can not keep two hearts and the spade ace.
IF he keeps the spade ace, throw spade king from dummy, and overtake teh heart queen.
EVEN if east had three hearts, he has to keep teh club king in this ending, so it still makes (double squeeze instead of single squeeze), but since east only had one heart, it isn't necessary.
