3NT-p
3H was mistakenly explained as a stop ask when it is a limit raise+. What does the UI suggest?

Others would be different I would guess; there would be those who would never bid 3NT after 1M-limit raise, or those who mean it as "choice of games" at matchpoints, or...

If responder thinks that 3NT is systemically a slam try with hearts agreed, the UI suggests signing off rather than cue-bidding.

Having said that, the AI says "partner, I got a heart stopper". So, I think if 4♠ will play better than 3NT with the hand that the LR has - or it "looks like" it will - then we allow 4♠. The problem with this is that the TD is going to have to determine on what hands "this pair" or "this class of pair" will sit for 3NT choice of games, and that's *very tough* if you don't know them.
For instance, I will almost never do it, especially with a potential ruff or an xxx suit; another player at my club would do it at least 1 time in 3, maybe 1 in 2.

In the 4 card major auction, this could still be a 4-3 fit with a strong no trump hand held by opener.

pass and 4♠. (I should have included this in the opening post I guess - sorry!)

This was the question from the opening post. I intentionally did not include a hand.

I don't think the UI suggests bidding 4♥. East's hand might suggest that however - heart void and good trumps, perhaps

I meant 4♠, sorry. Or, more generally, it suggests bidding anything that implies spade support over anything that doesn't.
