filter countries and skill levels

1. can i filter countries or/and skill levels in the web version?
2. can i see ALL people who are online not only FRIENDS, HOSTS and KIBITZERS in the web version?

I don't think there is a country filter for e.g. hosts of tables in the web version. The skill level, alas, is not visible at all (or did you mean the self-rating?)
