I actually want to remind everyone, the famous hand where Fred Gittelman balanced with 9 hcp and Alan Sontag kept bidding despite the fact that his pd initially passed his opening, turned out to be a costly competition.

So Phil, if your RHO is Fred, your LHO can actually have an off shape 14 :P
