I dont see any problems with this. You have 2 tricks in ♣, 2 in ♦, 2 in ♥ and 4 trump tricks. ♦ might even provide 3, but lets assume 2. and i dont think you even need a 3-2 break. a 4-1 break will allow the contract to succeed as well, though 5-0 might not.
Seems pretty straightforward with trumps breaking. Win the ♣Q, draw trump ending in hand, then lead diamonds from hand until the suit is established. Even if east has ♦AQ, there is time to set up winners in both red suits.
A possible mistake is to play ♣A and ruff one. Now the timing is lost and the defense may be able to beat us with club taps, pending the diamond situation/guessing.
