2♠: Obvious for me. The rule: "Don't preempt with two flaws" doesn't apply. The hand has three flaws.
3♥: Clearcut. (Isn't it?)
3♠: I wouldn't, but I don't know the NS style. And the bid is definitely not useless.
4♥: Tough call, but supporting partner is aways a good reason to bid.
4♠: Not my choice, but a lot of circumstances could justify it.
