it is actually "Vaya con Dios"
Vaya is the verb to go, Vía means a path (a way)

And maybe "amiga mia" also? And you aren't taking her along?

But I'm the guy who almost paid dos mil for a shoeshine in Granda until I realized that it translated to twenty, not two, dollars.
Anyway, hasta la vista, have a good time.

Thanks for the corrections

My older daughter spent her junior college year in Madrid. Shortly after she arrived she went with a friend to a cafe and they ordered a pitcher of sangre. After some strange looks they finally succeeded in making it clear that what they really wanted was sangria, they could hold off on the pitcher of blood.
Enjoy.
Enjoy.
