After two pass, RHO opened 3, your call? Any difference if RHO is the first one to open?

Pass and pass.

I would bid 4 in both cases.
That's impossible. No one can give more than one hundred percent. By definition that is the most anyone can give.

gerber. if I play NLM I will have to bid 3NT if partner is unpassed and pass if partner has passed.
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

Pass with partner being a passed hand, 4C if he is an UPH.

I have to live with my stupid system and pass in both cases.
Please let me know about any questions or interest or bug reports about GIB.

Presumably, Jdonn plays 4 = & , 4 = & , 4 = & .
IMO, it's not stupid  and, on this hand, it postpones any problem to the post-mortem :)

With PD passed, I am torn between 4 and pass, but with PD unpassed, I bid 4
