Win the first trick.
Play ace and king of trumps.

When the queen did not drop run the spades and discard hearts.

You make it when the spades are 3-3 or the queen dropped in the second round.
A small extra change is spades 4-2 with the jack doubleton and the longer trumps in the hand with the longer spades.
I think this is better than de 50% odds of trump queen onside.

Also 5-1 spades with the long trumps and long spades together as long as the J is stiff.

This seems to add up to about 70% assuming trumps are 3-2.

Also, both this line and the club finesse line make when the clubs are 4-1 onside as long as spades run.

It doesn't matter where the spade Jack is as long as the hand with four spades also holds the long trump.

You'll ruff the fourth round, cross back to hand and lead a 5th round pitching the remaining heart.
Is the word "pass" not in your vocabulary?

Assuming clubs break 3-2.

Probability of Qx = 40%
Probability of 3-3 = 35.5%
Probability of Jx with xx = 1/3 * 48.5% * 7/16 = 7.07%

Together it's about 64%
